Braddah Opihi - Custom
This is a mug design I do very few of only because it requires basically a full recarve after I pull it out of the mold. This is probably only the fourth one I've made in the last 3 to 4 years but keep getting asked for it so I every now and then find the time to get one together.
This Braddah I did up in a slightly glossier Jungle Brown woodgrain glaze exterior with a bright Lava Red interior that really pops against it.. The back tapa flower on the back and his arm bands I customized in a red/black underglaze..
Braddah Opihi stands at about 7 1/2"" but holds a whopping 24 oz.
