Carved Wood Maori Wahaika Club

The Wahaika or Patu, was used as a weapon for thrusting jabs. Held by a rope and wrapped around the wrist and thumb. The indent on the side is for catching the opponents weapon. Traditionally made with jade, wood, bone and stone.

Will look great hanging over the bar or in your Polynesian room.

Carved out of wood and measures 12” in length.
